Organic Sweetgrass, also known as Seneca Grass, has been revered as "the sacred hair of Mother Earth"; its sweet, comforting aroma is said to attract positive energy and provide a calming effect.

In a well-ventilated room, light your herb bundle and let it burn for a few seconds, before gently blow it out.

It should be smoldering, and the flame should be out before use.
