Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund and return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item or items must be unused and in it's original condition.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@evenkeeldays.com with your order number and/or email associated with that order. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label.

Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@evenkeeldays.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
If there are items you would like to exchange, please send us an email with your order number. Note that the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
Please send us an email at support@evenkeeldays.com with your order number and any relevant pictures and information to start the refund process. We will notify you about the success of your return process once we've received and inspected the item or items. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be mindful that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
