Detoxifying: The properties of clay draws out environmental impurities and toxins within pores.

Gentle Exfoliant: Clay removes surface build-up revealing a more even-looking skin tone with consistent use.

Balancing: Kaolin clay has a pH value close to our skin, making it an ideal skin cleansing ingredient.

Skin-Friendly Colorants: The pigments in clay creates a natural substitute to synthetic colorants widely used in commercial soap.

Lathering with Slip: Clay "Slip" is a term for dry clay mixed together with water to create a smooth slurry, which creates a silky feel to the bar.

Natural Fixative: As essential oils (unlike fragrance) are naturally derived, it's scent dissipates overtime. Clay, as an absorbent, helps to prolong the scent of essential oils in soap.
